I had a question about my second order, which was answered promptly and professionally. I’m looking forward to receiving additional sheet protectors as soon as they become available, as they far surpass what I have been able to find at most office supply and hobby stores. I love the color and quality of the photo binder but I also loved that the photo sleeves don’t seem to smudge while I’m putting my photos in. They aren’t flimsy and easy to tear like with some photo albums. This will hold my wedding memories for years to come. I also ordered a Rag & Bone guestbook which was gorgeous and well-crafted.
Our Welcome Book arrived in just a couple days to accommodate a deadline and it is absolutely beautifully made. Ive never been satisfied
The 5x7 photo albums are top quality. I will be purchasing more of them asap!
I bought a large binder and plenty of the clear plastic fillers to make a scrapbook of the letters I wrote my partner over the first two years of us dating. The binder was sturdy and gorgeous -> crammed it full :)

I ordered two postcard albums: one olive green leather with personalization and one linen without personalization. The albums are both stunning in their own right. The materials are good quality. The gold lettering is both classy, elegant, simple, and beautiful. I had two issues with my order and Ilira helped to correct them promptly and with care. The first being me second guessing the personalization. I contacted Ilira and she responded quickly helped me change the order and even reverified the personalization once in production. The second issue was the order got lost in transit, somewhere in the abyss of the USPS. Ilira was quick to help locate/file a missing mail claim and I have now received my beautiful albums. I cannot say enough good things about this company. When you have an issue, you talk to a person. They truly made me feel cared about as a customer and as a person. I'll say it again BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT AND WONDERFUL COMPANY! (wish I could give 10 stars)
